Day 30 - Progress - One month

Again: the main purpose of my mission is to gain muscle mass. The fat loss is only a nice byproduct of working out.

My measurements are as follows:

5’6”

132 lbs.     -2 lbs since last month

All following measurements are in inches:
This month:                                
Waist - 28 1/2      -0.75 inches                        

Hips - 37 1/4       -1.25 inches

Right thigh - 22    -0.75 inches 

Left thigh - 22 1/8   No change since last month

Left arm relaxed - 10 1/2      No change

Left arm flexed - 10 7/8         No change

Right arm relaxed - 10 1/2     -0.25 inches

Right arm flexed - 11               -0.25 inches

Growing muscles is hard. I’m very happy with my results regardless!
